Lemon Soaked Garlic Chicken or Pork

  1. Peel lemons, slice and remove seeds.
  2. Puree chopped seedless lemons in food processor with garlic and Mrs.
  3. Dash Original Blend.
  4. Place meat (pork or chicken) into a plastic storage bag, pour puree mixture over meat.
  5. Gently squish contents to ensure meat is well-coated.
  6. Seal bag, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  7. Before cooking, season both sides of meat with a bit more pepper and Mrs.
  8. Dash Original blend seasoning.
  9. Place on rack in a roasting pan, then top with chopped onions and bell pepper rings.
  10. Pour your marinade mix evenly over each piece of meat.
  11. Roast in oven at 350F for about 45 minutes.
  12. Use a meat thermometer (pork 160F, chicken 190f) to determine when done.
  13. Garnish with dried parsley flakes and chopped spring onions when serving.
