Lemon Jello Cake
- 4 eggs
- 34 cup corn oil
- 1 cup apricot, pulp
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 13 cup powdered sugar
- Cake:.
- Preheat oven to 350F Grease and flour bundt pan.
- Blend all cake ingredients together.
- Bake about 1 hour.
- Cool cake about 10 minutes.
- Turn cake out.
- Glaze:.
- Mix glaze ingredients together.
- Drizzle glaze over cake.
