Slow Cooker Parmesan Honey Pork

  2. Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or place a slow cooker liner inside the stoneware and place pork chops (frozen is fine) in slow cooker.

  4. In a small bowl, combine the cheese, honey, Braggs Liquid Aminos, basil, oregano, garlic, oil and salt.
  5. Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
  6. 3.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours if the pork chops were frozen and 6-7 hours if they were thawed.
  8. 4.
  9. Serve over brown rice or other starch and add a simple green salad or steamed green veggie to round out the meal.
