Beef Noodle Skillet

  1. In a large, deep skillet, cook and crumble the beef until done; drain and reutrn to skillet.
  2. Add to the skillet all other ingredients EXCEPT the cheese.
  3. Stir everything well.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat.
  6. Cover and simmer for 10 - 12 minutes, stirring occassionally, until noodles are tender.
  7. Stir again.
  8. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  9. Cover and let cook for about 2 minutes until chhese has melted.
  10. Serve.
