Waldorf Fruit Salad Recipe
- 1 lg. can chuck pineapple (in its own juice)
- 7 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- Scant teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 jar maraschino cherries, well liquid removed
- 2 to 3 bananas
- 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
- Drain juice from pineapple and pour juice into a saucepan.
- Add in next four ingredients and whisk together over medium heat till it begins to thicken.
- Remove from heat and cold.
- Add in pineapple chunks and cherries.
- Refrigeratein refrigerator.
- Just before serving, add in sliced bananas and marshmallows.
