Easy Beef Stroganoff Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in large deep skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min.
  5. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 5 min.
  6. Add meat to skillet; cook, stirring to break up meat, until no longer pink, about 5 min.
  7. Add Worcestershire sauce and pepper; cook 1 min.
  8. Add flour to meat mixture; cook and stir 1 min.
  9. Add broth; cook and stir 5 min.
  10. Turn off heat; stir in sour cream.
  11. Add noodles and 2 Tbsp.
  12. Parmesan to meat mixture; mix well and spoon into 2-qt.
  13. round baking dish.
  14. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
  15. Bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 min.
  16. or until heated through.
  17. Sprinkle with parsley.
