Chili Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts
- 14 12 ounces Italian-style diced tomatoes
- 15 ounces chili
- 4 slices cheese
- Place chicken in an ungreased 11 X 7 pan.
- Top with tomatoes.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Spoon chili over each chicken breast; bake 10 minutes more.
- Sprinkle cheese over the chili and cook 3-4 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
