Soy and Honey Glazed Sausages

  1. Heat the oven to 190 degrees C.
  2. Put the sausages and onion wedges in a roasting tin.
  3. Mix the soy sauce with the honey and thyme (if using), then pour over the sausages and onion.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, making sure to turn the sausages every so often to coat in the sticky glaze.
  5. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes and make the mashed potatoes with the butter.
  6. Serve the mash with the sticky sausages and onions.
  7. Garnish with extra thyme if you wish.
  8. Done!
