Soy and Honey Glazed Sausages
- 6 whole Pork Sausages
- 1 whole Red Onion, Cut Into 6 Wedges
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Thyme Leaves Plus Extra To Garnish
- 3 cups Mashed Potatoes
- 2 ounces, weight Butter
- Heat the oven to 190 degrees C.
- Put the sausages and onion wedges in a roasting tin.
- Mix the soy sauce with the honey and thyme (if using), then pour over the sausages and onion.
- Bake for 20 minutes, making sure to turn the sausages every so often to coat in the sticky glaze.
- Meanwhile, boil the potatoes and make the mashed potatoes with the butter.
- Serve the mash with the sticky sausages and onions.
- Garnish with extra thyme if you wish.
- Done!
