Church Cookbook Beef Oriental

  1. Brown onions and celery in butter.
  2. Add rice and ground beef, and cook until brown.
  3. Add soup, soy sauce, and water.
  4. Stir in bean sprouts.
  5. Place in a greased 2 quart baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 39 minutes, covered.
  7. Remove cover and bake for 30 more minutes.
  8. Serve with Chinese noodles.
