Chocolate-Banana Shortcake Parfaits
- 1 pkg. (1.4 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 2 cups cold fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, divided
- 12 square shortbread cookies, coarsely crushed
- 2 bananas, sliced
- Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
- ; stir in 1/4 cup COOL WHIP.
- Layer half each of the cookie crumbs, bananas and pudding evenly in 6 parfait glasses; repeat layers.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- Top with remaining COOL WHIP before serving.
