Pork & Potato Scallop Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Trim fat from chops and brown in oil in skillet.
  3. Blend soup, water, salt, celery seed and pepper.
  4. Arrange layers of potatoes and onions in a 2 qt baking dish; cover with part of sauce.
  5. Repeat till all are used, ending with sauce.
  6. Put chops on top; sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
  7. Bake, covered 1 hour or possibly till potatoes and chops are tender.
