Beef Stroganoff

  1. Mix beef, onion, 1 cup water and garlic.
  2. Cook on 100% power in a 3-quart microwave dish for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir once.
  4. Cook, covered, on 50% power (Medium) for 20 to 24 minutes, or until beef is tender; stir once.
  5. Skim off the fat grease.
  6. Stir in rest of water, tomatoes, paprika, chili powder, seasoned salt and soy sauce.
  7. Cook, covered, on High for about 4 minutes, or until heated through.
  8. Mix sour cream and flour; slowly stir in 1 cup of the hot mixture.
  9. Mix all.
  10. Put in casserole.
  11. Cook, uncovered, on High for about 6 minutes.
