Crock Pot Beef for Burritos

  1. Preliminaries: Spray inside of slow-cooker with nonstick spray.
  2. Rub seasoning mix over both sides of meat.
  3. Place meat in slow-cooker; add onion, vinegar and chilies.
  4. Cover and cook on low setting 9 hours.
  5. Remove meat, reserving liquid.
  6. Shred meat with two forks.
  7. Combine meat with reserved cooking liquid; stir well.
  8. Use meat for burritos.
