Amazing Simple Mild Chili
- 48 ounces chili beans
- 48 ounces dark red kidney beans
- 64 ounces tomato juice
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 McCormick mild chili seasoning
- 4 tablespoons McCormick Black Pepper
- 40 ounces water
- Cook the ground beef, we enjoy ours finely separated.
- You can boil, pressure cook or any other method you prefer.
- Drain the Kidney Beans with a strainer.
- Then while your beef is cooking place all ingredients into a large pot to start the boiling process.
- Stir occasionally.
- Once beef is cooked, add it to your large pot.
- Once boiling for about 10 minutes, leave it on the burner but turn it off.
- It will keep cooking.
- Give it another 10 minutes and serve.
