Simple Sausage Benedict

  1. Mix mayo, yogurt and mustards in microwaveable bowl.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min.
  3. or just until warmed, stirring after each minute.
  4. Cook sausage as directed on package.
  5. Cover each muffin half with sausage patty and egg; top with mayo mixture and tomatoes.
