Black Forest Pumpernickel Recipe

• 2 tsp active dry yeast
• 1/2 c. bread flour
• 1 c. rye flour
• 1 c. whole wheat flour
• 3 Tbsp. cocoa pwdr
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornoil
• 1/2 c. molasses
• 1 Tbsp. caraway seeds
• 1 1/8 c. hot water
• 2 Tbsp. hot water

1. Add in the ingredients to the pan in the order recommended by machine manufacturer.
2. Select "white bread" setting; crust color medium.
3. This recipe yields 1 loaf.
4. Yield: 1 loaf
