Mexican Corn Bread Recipe

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add in everything else except the cheese.
  3. Pour 1/2 the mix into greased baking tin.
  4. Sprinkle on 1/2 the cheese; add in remainder of mix and remainder of cheese.
  5. Bake 30 to 40 min at 350 degrees.
