Ham Loaf
- 1 lb. ground smoked ham
- 1 lb. ground fresh pork
- 3 cups Raisin Bran cereal
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3 tbsp. butter
- Mix ingredients and form into loaf shape.
- Bake 1-1/2 hours at 350F in bread pan.
- Baste often with glaze.
- Sauce: Mix sugar mustard and salt in double boiler.
- Add milk and eggs; stir.
- Add vinegar and butter; stir.
- Cook until thick, but not too long to avoid being runny.
