Baked Philly Salad Stack
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, broken into small pieces
- spray olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- cracked pepper, to taste
- 2 Turkish bread rolls, split and cut diagonally
- 30g baby rocket leaves
- 1 avocado, sliced Target 10 ea For $10.00 thru 02/06
- yellow and red grape tomatoes, sliced in half Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing
- Place Philly* on a lined baking tray.
- Spray with oil and sprinkle with garlic, lemon rind and pepper.
- Bake at 200C for 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Allow to cool slightly.
- Spray bread with oil and toast on a grill pan or under a grill until golden.
- Place two pieces of bread on serving plates.
- Top with some rocket, avocado, tomatoes and baked Philly*.
- Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
