Baked Philly Salad Stack

  1. Place Philly* on a lined baking tray.
  2. Spray with oil and sprinkle with garlic, lemon rind and pepper.
  3. Bake at 200C for 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
  4. Allow to cool slightly.
  5. Spray bread with oil and toast on a grill pan or under a grill until golden.
  6. Place two pieces of bread on serving plates.
  7. Top with some rocket, avocado, tomatoes and baked Philly*.
  8. Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
