Italian Seasoned Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Lightly beat eggs in milk.
  3. Mix in Worcester sauce, dry ground mustard, fresh ground pepper, and Italian herbs.
  4. Optionally, add salt.
  5. Mix in finely chopped onion.
  6. Mix in fresh bread crumbs.
  7. Mix in lean ground beef.
  8. Grease loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 60 minutes.
