Italian Seasoned Meatloaf
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp dry ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 2 tsp Italian herbs
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 medium finely chopped onion
- 2 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 2 lb lean ground beef
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Lightly beat eggs in milk.
- Mix in Worcester sauce, dry ground mustard, fresh ground pepper, and Italian herbs.
- Optionally, add salt.
- Mix in finely chopped onion.
- Mix in fresh bread crumbs.
- Mix in lean ground beef.
- Grease loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes.
