Kanya's Veggies Burgers

  1. Start from chop and dice all vegetables you need,add more or less on each kind that you prefer ..make it 1 and a half cup
  2. Saute crushed garlic with olive oil on medium heat,add vegetables,oregano,seasoning ,cook until soft ,heat off
  3. Add cheese,mix well..and form to large size patties
  4. Grills patties,and buns on medium heat until lightly brown,approximately 3 -4 mins on eaxh side,optional top with single cheese ,fried egg..ummm..
