Grown-Up Ice Cream Soda

• 4 scoops coffee ice cream
• 4 shots coffee liqueur (recommended: Kahlua)
• 4 shots Irish cream liqueur (recommended: Bailey's)
• Soda water, to top

1. Put a scoop of coffee ice cream in 4 large glasses.
2. Drizzle into each glass 1 shot Kahlua and 1 shot Irish cream.
3. Top with soda water.
4. Serve with a straw and sundae spoon.
