Anise Hyssop Flower Drop Cookies Recipe
- 1/2 c. Anise hyssop flowers, minced
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Beat Large eggs till thick and lemon coloured.
- Add in sugar and flower petals and beat 5 min.
- Add in vanilla.
- Add in flour, baking pwdr and salt to egg mix.
- Continue beating 5 min more.
- Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets, spacing well apart.
- Bake at 325F for 12 to 15 min.
