Thai Tuna Cakes

  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Shape mixture into twelve patty shapes and roll in extra flour to lightly coat.
  4. Heat a non-stick frypan, spray lightly with cooking oil.
  5. Cook the cakes over moderate heat for 5 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  6. Combine all ingredients to make the sauce.
  7. Serve with hot Thai Tuna Cakes.
