Maple-Glazed Fried Bologna Sandwich

  1. Cut bologna into about 1/4 inch strips.
  2. Arrange in one layer in cold non-stick pan and cook until bottom is browned.
  3. Drain; blot with paper towels.
  4. Return to heat, add maple syrup, cook for 20-30 seconds while stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat and place on bread slices.
  6. Enjoy!
