Maple-Glazed Fried Bologna Sandwich
- 5 slices packaged beef bologna
- 2 slices squishy white bread
- 1 to 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- Cut bologna into about 1/4 inch strips.
- Arrange in one layer in cold non-stick pan and cook until bottom is browned.
- Drain; blot with paper towels.
- Return to heat, add maple syrup, cook for 20-30 seconds while stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and place on bread slices.
- Enjoy!
