Gorgonzola-Stuffed Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Scoop out center of each bread half, leaving 1-inch-thick shells.
  3. Cook and stir mushrooms, onions and garlic in hot oil in skillet until tender.
  4. Spoon into bottom of bread loaf.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese; cover with top of bread.
  6. Wrap in foil.
  7. Bake 15 to 20 min.
  8. or until cheese is melted.
  9. Cut crosswise into 12 slices to serve.
