Grilled Cheese Corn on the Cob
- 4 corn cobs
- 2 cups of real mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- italian seasoning
- lawyer's seasonign salt
- Shuck corn and soak in water for 30 minutes.
- Set aside to dry so that water has stopped running out of it.
- Soaking will keep the inside of thw cob moist on the grill.
- If you don't they tend to fry out a little.
- On a plate put your parmesan cheese and italian seasoning and mix well.
- With the backside of a spoon apply mayonaise to the corn cobs and then roll them in the plate of parmesan cheese Italian seasoning mix.
- Place on the grill at medium heat.
- The mayonaise will melt and will not be seen.
- It acts to adhere the cheese to the corn cob and form a cheesey crust.
- Rotate the cob 45 degrees every so often until the entire cob is crusted.
- Serve and enjoy.
