Country Cornsticks

  1. In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup buttermilk, 2 large eggs and melted butter.
  2. Add liquid to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  3. Spoon batter into molds and bake at 450 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden.
