Easy Sugarless Pumpkin Pie Recipe
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 16 ounce. can pureed pumpkin
- 12 packets artificial sweetener (equal to 1/2 c. sugar)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 ounce. can evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 9 inch unbaked homemade pie crust or possibly frzn pie shell
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine filling ingredients in order given.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake 15 min.
- Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake an additional 45 min or possibly till knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean.
- Serves 8.
