Simple Lasagna

  1. Add the eggs, cottage cheese, ricotta, 1/4 cup Parmesan and 8oz cubed mozzarella to a bowl and mix.
  2. Layer uncooked noodles, sauce, noodles, cheese mix, noodles, sauce etc.
  3. until out of ingredients, always end with a cheese layer,.
  4. Top with remaining parmesan and mozzarella.
  5. Cook covered in foil for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
  6. Uncover and cook for 15 more minutes.
