Grilled Turkey (Perfect for Guests)
- 800 grams Turkey breast block
- 1 of thin slices Bacon
- 1 Mustard
- 1 Your choice of herbs (thyme, etc.)
- 1 Pepper
- 1 grated lemon peel from 1 lemon Organic lemon
- Rinse the turkey and dry with a paper towel.
- If you think it's clean enough, then you can use it as is.
- Sprinkle the surface of the turkey with pepper and spread with a little bit of mustard.
- Scatter the herbs onto the turkey as well.
- Grate the lemon peel and sprinkle onto the turkey and then cover the surfaces of the turkey with the bacon slices.
- You can also optionally place thin lemon slices on top.
- Place the turkey into the oven-safe pan with a lid and bake for 1 hour.
