Grilled Turkey (Perfect for Guests)

  1. Rinse the turkey and dry with a paper towel.
  2. If you think it's clean enough, then you can use it as is.
  3. Sprinkle the surface of the turkey with pepper and spread with a little bit of mustard.
  4. Scatter the herbs onto the turkey as well.
  5. Grate the lemon peel and sprinkle onto the turkey and then cover the surfaces of the turkey with the bacon slices.
  6. You can also optionally place thin lemon slices on top.
  7. Place the turkey into the oven-safe pan with a lid and bake for 1 hour.
