My Cousin's 7-Up Cake

  1. Cream sugar and butter together and beat until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well.
  3. Add flour.
  4. Beat in lemon extract and 7-Up.
  5. Pour batter into well greased and floured jumbo fluted mold.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
