Ginger Chocolate Chip Crinkles

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine butter, vanilla, brown sugar, molasses & egg till smooth.
  3. Add baking mix, cocoa, ginger & nutmeg.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Form into 1-inch balls & roll in granulated sugar.
  7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake 11-12 minutes.
