Zippy Fish Fillets

  1. Preheat oven to 500F.
  2. Combine Worcestershire and lemon juice.
  3. Cut fish in serving-size pieces.
  4. Dip pieces in lemon juice mixture, then season with pepper.
  5. Dip in bread crumbs.
  6. Bake in greased shallow pan in oven about 15 minutes; keep watch the last few minutes to make sure they don't scorch.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges or tartar sauce.
