Delicious Creamed Potatoes
- 14 lb butter
- 3 cups light cream
- 10 cold boiled potatoes, sliced then
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Put butter in large skillet.
- Add cream and heat on low heat.
- Drop the sliced potatoes into the cream mixture.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Simmer until milk is absorbed.
- Turn very carefully only once.
- This takes about an hour.
- Serve hot.
