Spring Vegetable Saute

  1. Melt butter in saucepan.
  2. Saute radish slices and sugar snaps for 2-3 minutes (taste testing is allowed), stirring frequently.
  3. Add swiss chard leaves and saute, stirring, until leaves are wilted.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately.
