  1. Add a pint of water to a pot.
  2. Add the pork roast.
  3. Add spices coating top the rest goes into liquid.
  4. Boil 20 minutes water level should be almost gone.
  5. Add a pint of water continue to boil.
  6. Boil 20 more minutes.
  7. Remove from liquids.
  8. Chop cabbage.
  9. Add last 2 pints cut the roast in half lay it down into liquid.
  10. Cover with cabbage add caraway seeds, boil 20 minutes, covered.
  11. Slice pork add back to cabbage simmer 10 minutes serve hope you enjoy!
