Black Bean Dip
- 3 cans (15 Oz. Can) Black Beans, Drained But Not Rinsed
- 16 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1 cup Salsa (I Usually Go Middle-of-the-road And Use Medium)
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese (I Like Sharp Cheddar; Try Your Favorite)
- 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Fiesta Ranch Dressing And Dip Mix (Hidden Valley Is The Only Brand I Can Find)
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 bunch Cilantro, Chopped (You Might Want To Try A Little Less At First)
- Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
