Grated Carrot Cake With Honey

  1. Peel and grate the carrot.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave.
  3. Combine the egg and sugar in a bowl and blend with a hand mixer.
  4. When it becomes white and thick, mix in the honey, butter, and cinnamon to taste.
  5. Fold in the flour and baking powder with a rubber spatula.
  6. Pour the batter into the cake mold lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes at 170C.
  8. Cover with a sheet of aluminum foil, then bake for 10 more minutes.
  9. Pierce with a skewer to test if it's finished baking.
  10. The result is a rich and fluffy cake.
  11. It's delicious served right out of the oven, too.
