Grated Carrot Cake With Honey
- 70 grams Carrot, grated
- 70 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 50 grams Melted butter
- 120 grams White flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Peel and grate the carrot.
- Melt the butter in a microwave.
- Combine the egg and sugar in a bowl and blend with a hand mixer.
- When it becomes white and thick, mix in the honey, butter, and cinnamon to taste.
- Fold in the flour and baking powder with a rubber spatula.
- Pour the batter into the cake mold lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 170C.
- Cover with a sheet of aluminum foil, then bake for 10 more minutes.
- Pierce with a skewer to test if it's finished baking.
- The result is a rich and fluffy cake.
- It's delicious served right out of the oven, too.
