Mint Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan, bring vinegar, sugar, and the water to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat; simmer until liquid is syrupy and reduced to 1 cup, 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in mint, and let cool completely.
  4. (Sauce can be refrigerated up to 1 week in an airtight container.)
