Easy Rolls Refrigerator Recipe
- 3 Packages yeast
- 2 c. very hot water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 6 c. white flour
- 1 c. whole wheat
- In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in very hot water.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except the flour.
- Fold in flour by hand till the dough is easy to handle.
- Place in greased bowl, turning once to grease the top.
- Cover with a cloth, place in refrigerator.
- The dough will keep for 5 days.
- About 2 hrs before baking, shape dough in desired shapes.
- Cover and let rise till doubled in size.
- Put in warm oven, 12 to 15 min, 400 degrees.
