5 Minute Diced Rusks

  1. Cut the bread into 16 pieces and place on a heat-proof dish.
  2. Microwave for 2 minutes at 730 W. Be careful not to burn yourself as you turn it over.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute until crispy.
  4. Heat a frying pan and add your preferred amount of butter and sugar.
  5. Add the crispy bread and coat.
  6. Once it has been browned to your preference, it's done.
  7. I made these in the morning and gave them to my husband for his snack.
