5 Minute Diced Rusks
- 1 Sliced sandwich bread
- 20 grams Butter
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Sugar
- Cut the bread into 16 pieces and place on a heat-proof dish.
- Microwave for 2 minutes at 730 W. Be careful not to burn yourself as you turn it over.
- Microwave for 1 minute until crispy.
- Heat a frying pan and add your preferred amount of butter and sugar.
- Add the crispy bread and coat.
- Once it has been browned to your preference, it's done.
- I made these in the morning and gave them to my husband for his snack.
