BBQ Bacon Burgers
- 1 lb Hamburger 80/20
- 1/4 lb Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheese (any varieties)
- 1/2 cup Onions, finely diced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 egg
- Mix hamburger and ingredients together, then press into 4 equal sides patties.
- Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
- Setup grill with Direct Heat fire.
- Cook for 5 minutes or so, then flip the burger when the juices start to collect on the top.
- Continue cooking until the juices run clear.
- Top with cheese and allow to melt for a minute or two.
- Remove from the grill then quickly toast the buns.
