BBQ Bacon Burgers

  1. Mix hamburger and ingredients together, then press into 4 equal sides patties.
  2. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
  3. Setup grill with Direct Heat fire.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes or so, then flip the burger when the juices start to collect on the top.
  5. Continue cooking until the juices run clear.
  6. Top with cheese and allow to melt for a minute or two.
  7. Remove from the grill then quickly toast the buns.
