Tuna Steaks, Seared with Salsa

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Add your favorite fresh or dried herbs to season.
  3. Heat oil over medium heat; add peppers.
  4. Saute 2 to 3 min.
  5. Add tuna fillets and sprinkle 2 to 3 Tbsp.
  6. water over top; increase heat to high and brown each side 2 min.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low; add salsa and wine.
  8. Cover and simmer 10 min.
  9. Serve over rice.
  10. Heat corn as directed on package.
  11. Divide into 4 equal portions.
  12. Serve each person an 8 fl oz cup of coffee with the meal.
