Tuna Salad
- 1 (12 ounce) can tuna in water
- 6 eggs, hard boiled
- 2 celery ribs
- 12 cup diced vidalia onion
- 3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- 1.
- Drain tuna and break up with fork ,
- 2.
- Add onion and celery to tuna.
- 3.
- Peel eggs and dice up egg whites only, dicard the yolks.
- 4.
- Add egg whites to tuna mixture and and mayo.
- 5.
- Salt and pepper to taste, serve.
