Gluten Free Baking Powder - Commerical Recipe

• 85 g gluten-free cornflour
• 100 g bicarbonate of soda
• 60 g cream of tartar
• 60 g tartaric (from the chemist/drug store)

1. Mix all the ingredients together and pass through a fine sieve two or three times.
2. Store in an airtight container in a dry place.
