Ww Easy Core - Scallops With Chipotle Tartar Sauce

  1. Mix first 4 to make the dipping sauce.
  2. Mix next 3 in a plactic bag.
  3. Put scallops in bag and shake.
  4. Heat oil in a cast iron or non-stick fry pan- med -high, add layer of scallops, cook about 3 min., turn only once so they brown.
  5. (If you keep turning them, the coating comes off in the pan.)
  6. Cut a scallop, if white inside, it is done.
  7. Serve with sauce.

lime juice, chili sauce, scallions, mayonnaise, yellow cornmeal, salt, paprika, bay scallop, vegetable oil
