Baigan Ka Bharta

  1. roast the eggplant on the fire
  2. take off the skin and mash it
  3. fry onions in oil till golden brown .add tomatoes ,chillies , ginger paste to it.
  4. add mashed egg plant .
  5. cover it and cook for 3 -4 minutes.
