Chilled Peaches N' Cream Salad

  1. in a large bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in cold water, ice cream and nutmeg.
  2. whisk until ice cream is melted.
  3. refrigerate until slightly thickened (about 30 min).
  4. whisk mixture until smooth, fold in peaches.
  5. pour into greased 6 cup mold.
  6. refrigerate until firm, 6 hours or overnight.
  7. unmold onto lettuce leaves, garnish with reserved peach slices.
