The BARN Bar-B-Que Baked Beans of Booton's Big Boy Bar-B-Que Co.

• 2 1/2 gallon Bush Baked Beans
• 2 lb Smoked Spiral Ham Pices (Wal-Mart)
• 4 tbsp Minced Garlic
• 1/2 cup Chopped Dryed or Fresh Onion
• 4 can Green Chilies
• 4 tbsp Tabasco or other hot sauce
• 1 pints Slim D's Spicy Barbecue Sauce

1. In a large roster size aluminum pan place the 2 gal.
2. of Bush Baked Beans Onion Style can be used as well.
3. Add in the 2lbs.
4. of smoked sprial ham pices cut up into small bite size chuncks.
5. Stir in the minced garlic, chopped onion, hot sauce, and Slim D's Barbecue Sauce and small cans of green chilies.
6. Place in oven covered and heat at 350F or untill you hear bubbling then bake for 30 minutes.
7. Turn off oven and let rest.
